You don’t have to hustle to follow your dreams.

A slow-living business lets you work at your own pace in a way that’s right for your body, goals, and lifestyle. No more hustle culture, no more 9-to-5, just a schedule and a business that fills you with light and gives you the freedom to fulfill your soul’s path.

You can build a successful slow-living business you love that pays the bills, gives you a healthy work-life balance, and feels 100% authentically you. And, guess what? It won’t require long hours, people pleasing, office politics, or attending meetings that could have been emails.

Finding your purpose is about discovering what’s best for you.

I’m a mom and multiple business owner. And I’m passionate about empowering women to start slow-living businesses.

Believe me, I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, overworked, and underpaid. I’m a married, working mom who climbed both the academic ivory tower and the corporate ladder at the expense of my physical and mental health. I have been a freelancer and entrepreneur for over 20 years, learning the hard way about burnout from trying to do everything alone.

The good news is I’ve since built dozens of companies, failed, and then tried again, so you don’t have to. Through lessons learned, routines mastered, and some good old-fashioned research, I have built multiple successful, slow-living businesses where I don’t have to show up for anyone but myself.

And now, I help other women do the same by sharing the exact methods of how I got here.

I’m a multiple award-winning professor and author of the book Teach Like a Gamer (McFarland, 2018). In my signature products and courses, I use proven methodologies to teach you how to build a slow-living business that doesn’t require long hours, people-pleasing, office politics, or meetings that should have been emails. All it takes is the courage to be honest with yourself and the willingness to do the work. When you build a business that is authentic to you, the abundance follows.

I'm so happy you’re here! I can't wait to see how far you go.
