Each Shift is designed to support you in real-time—which means it’s only available for the month it’s released. After 30 days, it makes room for the next one. You’ll always have access to the Resource Vault, podcast episodes, and your inbox emails, but the core Shift content rotates monthly to help you stay present and gently focused on one step at a time.

You’ll be billed on the same day each month. So if you join on the 12th, your next charge will be the 12th of the following month.
